Building athletes to be a force on and off the court!
I BELIEVE I’m here to teach the game of basketball and that will never change. I am a mentor, passionate leader and coach who appreciates the concept of giving back.
I believe in the fundamentals and building a core foundation. I believe there’s a need to take ownership and accountability to improve. I also believe there are core values in seeing improvement and they are respect, understanding and effort.
Many coaches can teach skill but leaders and mentors can develop triple threat athletes. Athletes who work hard to achieve goals, value education and are confident leaders. Not every athlete will be a professional or play at the highest collegiate level but that doesn’t limit their success.

We’re committed to creating positive experience starting at an earlier age and helping girls reach their full potential and creating a more equal playing field by harnessing the true value of sport play to propel young women into confident successful leaders who excel on both the court/playing field and in life.
Our 6 level player development systems opens up opportunities for girls starting at the age 7 and all skill levels. Our skill development sessions will be evenly balanced based on skill levels and age groups, as well as encourage growth by allowing players to move up based on their performance.
Team members of A-Force will be selected from specific divisions and required to continue skill development workouts along with team practices. Everything is earned in our program, not given. You must understand the value of hard work, respect your coaches and leave all attitudes at the door.
