Who Is Passion 4 Youth?

Passion 4 Youth, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization located in central NJ. Our team is made up of well educated leaders, experienced coaches and mentors whom believe that the youth need our attention and guidance.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower the youth of today to become the leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow. We aim to provide them with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to discover their passions, develop their skills, and pursue their dreams.

What We Do

Passion Discovery: We believe that passion is the key to motivation and success. We help young people explore their interests and discover their passions through workshops, mentorship, and interactive programs.

  • Skill Development: We provide access to a wide range of basketball skill development programs, from skills & drills to elite HS training with film study, to equip players with the skills & understanding they need to thrive in basketball.
  • Mentorship: We connect young individuals with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood.
  • Community Building: We foster a sense of belonging and community among our members, encouraging collaboration and networking among young people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Advocacy: We advocate for the rights and well-being of youth on both local and global levels, working to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for young individuals.

Our Founder

Coach Audrey Taylor is a mentor, leader, and advocate for youth development through sports. A NJ record holding; championship-winning coach, she has helped countless athletes build skills, confidence, and leadership.

Coach Taylor is committed to mastering fundamentals, game intelligence, and personal growth. She founded Passion 4 Youth to create opportunities for young athletes to thrive through skill development, mentorship, and community engagement.

Her vision is simple: Empower young athletes to excel in sports and life.
