Our Story
Passion 4 Youth (P4Y) didn’t begin with a business plan. It began in 2016 when Coach Audrey Taylor saw a “pay-to-play” culture locking talented kids out of opportunity. What started in a borrowed gym with a handful of parents has evolved into A proven development model and ecosystem.
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2026, P4Y stands at the intersection of athletics, education, and community empowerment. We are the nonprofit engine behind The EDGE Basketball System©, an IQ-first model designed to build confident athletes and resilient communities.

Coach Audrey Taylor didn’t just build a basketball program. She engineered a blueprint for how sport can transform communities.
For ten years, she’s been a witness to growth. From nervous seven-year-olds to confident college men & women. From borrowed gyms to a IQ-first developmental system.
But more than a coach, she’s a guardian of potential. A believer in what’s possible when you combine structure with soul. Strategy with care.
Her philosophy—Choose Love—isn’t a slogan. It’s a standard. It’s how she leads. How she builds. How she prepares young women to engineer their own legacies.
