In 2016, Passion 4 Youth started with nothing more than a ball, a borrowed gym, and a radical belief that a child’s potential should never be dictated by their zip code. We saw a world where “pay-to-play” culture kept our brightest stars on the sidelines, so we decided to build a new mountain.

What began as a handful of clinics and community events like Ballin’ in the Park has evolved into a decade-long revolution. We moved from “helping kids play” to engineering how they lead, think, and succeed. From the early spark of access for all, to our evolution into a player development ecosystem for young women, this is more than a ten-year anniversary. It’s a masterclass in intentionality.

Ten years ago, we started with a basketball and a belief. Today, we’re unveiling a legacy.
