Proven Ground Runs exist to bridge the gap between high school potential and collegiate reality. We are dedicated to providing the specialized training, leadership visibility, and data-driven feedback needed to transform great players into Game Changers.

Invitation + Evaluation Required
No public registration.

Runs: Year-round | Target: Ages: 13–18+ (contact us for younger age groups)

What Your Athlete Gets:

  • Small group training (technical + tactical development)
  • Position-specific focused training with film session
  • Controlled open runs (competitive gameplay with coaching oversight)
  • Leadership and accountability evaluation for Jr. Coaching Program.
  • Player Report: Progress tracking with parent/athlete feedback sessions.

Q: How does my child get invited to Proven Grounds?
A: Through GRIND Clinic evaluation or coach recommendation from IQ 3×3 Leagues. We’re looking for athletes who demonstrate coachability, effort, and readiness for higher-level training.

Q: What if my child isn’t ready yet?
A: We’ll tell you. And we’ll give you a development plan so they can work toward it. No one benefits from being placed too early.

Q: Can my child do Proven Grounds AND IQ 3×3 Leagues?
A: Yes, if schedule allows and coaches approve. Some athletes benefit from competitive gameplay (3League) + advanced training (Proven Grounds).
